Robert is from Norway with a background in property management and operations. He runs finance, partnerships, and makes sure our platform works as smoothly for our own properties as it does for the other managers who use it.

Gina is the heart of daily operations. She speaks Norwegian, Spanish and English fluently, knows the local tradespeople, the gestor, the authorities and the guests — and is the constant contact you get as an owner. You deal with one person, every single time.

Other managers scale on volume. They hire coordinators, hand out ticket numbers, and before you know it your property is one of three hundred.
We chose the opposite path. We take a limited number of properties, and we know every single apartment, every single lock code, every single quirk — by heart. We believe it's the only way to do this properly.
