These terms apply to services provided by RG Casas — both property management and the SaaS platform.
About RG Casas
RG Casas provides property management and a SaaS platform for managers on the Costa del Sol. We operate from Marbella, Andalucía.
Management agreement
Management is priced at 18 % of gross rental income and includes operations, cleaning coordination, maintenance handling, guest communication, SES Hospedajes reporting and monthly reporting. A detailed written agreement is signed separately before start.
SaaS platform
The platform is provided «as is» with a 99.5 % uptime target. Subscriptions start at €29/month. We offer a 30-day trial and the agreement may be cancelled monthly.
Pricing and payment
Management fees are deducted from rental income at monthly settlement. SaaS subscriptions are invoiced monthly in advance.
Termination
The management agreement may be terminated by either party with three months written notice. SaaS subscriptions may be cancelled before the next billing period.
Governing law
Spanish law applies. Disputes are sought resolved amicably before any court proceedings at the venue in Marbella, Spain.
