These terms apply to the RG Casas platform — the subscription you use to rent out your own home.
About RG Casas
RG Casas provides a platform for owners renting out their own home on the Costa del Sol, and arranges cleaning and local services. The service is operated by R-G Invest AS (company no. 937 861 621), based in Bergen, Norway, with local partners on the Costa del Sol.
The subscription
The platform is provided «as is» with a 99.5 % uptime target. The subscription costs 39,99 €/month, or 399 €/year (two months free), excl. VAT, and includes one home. Each home beyond the first costs 19,99 €/month (or 199 €/year). Everything is included — no modules or tiers. 14-day free trial, no lock-in. We never take commission on your rental income.
Pricing and payment
The subscription is invoiced monthly in advance in euros. Cleaning, lock installation and other add-ons are paid per use — the final price is shown in the dashboard before you order.
AI usage is billed separately
AI marketing (RG Promote) is included in the subscription. You can review detailed usage in your dashboard under Settings → AI usage. AI features can be disabled at any time.
Termination
The subscription may be cancelled at any time, effective before the next billing period. You keep access for the period you have paid for.
Governing law
Norwegian law applies. Disputes are sought resolved amicably before any court proceedings at the venue in Bergen, Norway.
